About me

I build AI assistants that answer the phone and chat with customers in Polish: voice bots, website chatbots and SMS/Telegram automations. My own products (KREATO) are running as pilots: - Voice receptionist (LiveKit Agents): answers calls in Polish, books appointments into Google Calendar, sends SMS confirmation and a Telegram alert, and logs every call for review. - Website chatbot: answers questions from a knowledge base and books consultations. - Business automations in n8n (over 100 workflows): invoice reminder SMS ladder, Google-review request bot, lead handling, weekly reports. Data in Supabase. I work end to end: prompt design, integrations, testing, monitoring. Languages: Ukrainian and Russian (native), Polish A2, English basic (I work in writing with a translator).
