Technical support for businesses in a distributed model, working with an English-speaking team. Installed and configured rack infrastructure (servers, storage, network), deployed and serviced POS systems, diagnosed hardware and network faults.

GitCloud: platforma sieci ISP
Web platform (PHP/JS, PostgreSQL) built from scratch for an ISP operations team: live dashboards for network, VPN and virtualization, device inventory, AI-assisted alerts, central logging and SSO. It replaced several tools and spreadsheets.
The checkout on foreign versions did not move to the next step. Cause: a reCAPTCHA key valid only for the Polish domain and a syntax error in a custom script. Fixed with a backup of the old version, checkout tested on five domains.
AI agents for infrastructure work: a voice assistant on a custom ESP32-S3 device, an agent for documents and forms, and a service health agent. Whitelisted actions, a cheap model for filtering and a strong one for content. n8n and Python.
Automated collection of competitor offers, comparison of prices, sizes and bundles, margin calculation from the client's costs. Result: a list of decisions to implement, each with a profit calculation and source links.
