I’m a linguist and musician with +10 years of professional experience in large international companies in Belgium and in Poland in various roles spanning from specialist through team leader to project manager. Passionate about lifelong learning, foreign languages, literature, near and far travels and mountain hiking.
In my corporate experience I have worked directly with Belgian, British, Dutch and Italian customers supporting claims handling, both via e-mail and phone. Next to that I have been responsible for setting up procedures, preparing and maintaining quality documentation as well as providing various kinds of administrative support to the team.
From 2020 I'm working as a project manager, delivering small- to medium-sized projects within the EMEA region, starting from setting up the team and ensuring governance through building the documentation and securing a successful delivery.
