About me
I am an operations and technical specialist with 4 years of experience working with SaaS platforms, WordPress websites, and webinar and marketing automation systems. In my work, I combine strong process organization with a focus on user experience and the efficient functioning of digital systems.
On a daily basis, I coordinate online projects, maintain websites, and provide technical support for teams and creators of digital products. I have experience managing WordPress sites (Elementor, WooCommerce), creating landing and sales pages, and optimizing their functionality for both desktop and mobile devices.
Over the past few years, I have been responsible for coordinating more than 30 webinars per month, maintaining the infrastructure of tools such as WebinarJam, Zoom, and ActiveCampaign, monitoring KPIs, and resolving ongoing technical issues. I have also worked on analyzing user behavior and improving operational processes.
