Currently, the website is built on WordPress, I would like it to be written from scratch.

Please, give me suggestions on technology that you can use.

Important guidelines:

- the highest possible compliance with SEO,

- speed of operation on multiple devices

- correctness of RWD

We want to publish our entries on the website, so it would be good if this option was not too problematic.

The most important functions:

- extended forms (multistep, sliders, icons) - function repeated many times with minor changes

- API with google ratings (as currently)
