I would like to receive a quote for creating a plugin for Wordpress which would support creating a system of contest entries and evaluating these entries by a jury. Please also let me know what is the lead time for such order?
Plugin should be able to fill out a contest form by applicants (dedicated subpage).
The form should have the ability to fill in specific fields and the ability to add attachments with a file size limit. Forms should be able to be assigned to specifically defined contest categories so that a contest voting takes place in a given category.
Next, such submitted forms should be able to be administered - i.e. possible data improvement, cutting of the form and a possibility to mark that a given form qualifies for participation in a contest.
Another functionality should be the possibility of evaluation of these forms by a jury. A Juror should be able to access data from the competition forms on a read-only basis. Judge should be able to view this data only with the help of authentication through login and password.
Plugin should also contain voting summary function with the possibility of exporting data to excel (it can be csv file).

The contest will be divided into 2 stages of voting.
Applications selected in the first vote will go to the second stage.
