I have this idea and I wonder if someone is able to implement it wisely and well.

It needs a One Page based on wordpress or not, which would look as follows:

There is only one screen that fills the whole area, no scroll bars, both mobile and desktop.

On the screen at the top left logo and menu, in mobile in the middle logo and hamburger
