Wordpress-based online store + stamp ordering wizard

We are looking for someone who:

-help with the choice of hosting

-install and configure an online store based on Wordpress

-install a free, established theme

-will install established plug-ins (will help in their selection-finding)

-will create a wizard for ordering stamps online by the client -and the wizard will send the finished file (preferably PDF) to me. there used to circulate such a wizard for purchase on olx and allegro, but I don't see the ad anymore.

more or less it goes something like this, but you know it's not 1:1: https://pieczatki-online.eu/zamow-pieczatke . in short: the customer chooses the size of the stamp, enters the text in the wizard, sets this text and approves. upon payment his design lands with me in pdf. in addition, it must be possible for the customer to send his own design.
