Wordpress based file-sharing system.

Three roles in the system

Contractor, intermediary and administrator.

File with description is entered by an intermediary, administrator accepts the request.

The submission is put on a list, which is accessible to Contractors.

The Performer takes the submission (at this point it is blocked on the list).

Contractor corrects the file and inserts it into the application.

Broker takes the file and checks it, when everything is ok he closes the request.

If there is an error, he attaches the file with the chart and the file with errors and possibly a description.

And so on until the order is closed.

Contractor is accounted for performed orders, Broker is accounted for commissioned work.

Administrator creates a list of orders, which is locked for download by contractors and brokers (for a fee, he can give access to particular roles).
