Woocommerce summary page changes

Description
I need to change the order page, i.e. the summary in woocommerce.
According to the attachment. There will only be a few products in the store.
You should be able to complete the data of the participants and select products for them.
The summary shows each user how much he pays.
After placing the order, an e-mail should be sent automatically to the participants with their orders.
On our side, a PDF with a list of products for a given person should be generated.
A preview of what is expected is attached. The next step is a normal payment summary with shipment selection, etc.
