Woocommerce programming

I'm looking for a programmer who is very familiar with woocommerce stores and writing plugins/add-ons for it.

Specifically, a module for setting the price before the purchase of the product depending on its dimensions - the finished solution will be similar in operation to this one:

The important thing is that such a module can be enabled only for selected products in the store

and to display the appropriate 'ADJUST' button on the product card view before moving to the shopping cart

with an option to add a comment to the order

the plugin should have default settings

but with the possibility to overwrite them for a particular product individually
