I am looking for a person to create a proper mechanism that will reserve goods in the supplier's store, set on the Mistral system. Below I send information on how it should work:
1. the customer orders goods from us
2. bot goes to the supplier's website and reserves the goods (products are related by EAN or SKU code), by simply placing an order.
And that's basically it. Additional functionality that would be needed 1.
1. if the customer ordered 100 items and the supplier only has 50, the bot orders the available quantity
2. the bot adds a RESERVATION note in the comments of the order
3. if the item is not available at the supplier, reserves all remaining items. The missing item is specified
This is basically everything. You may need additional functionality, but it will come out in the process. The most important function should be automatic reservation.
Our store is based on Wordpress WooCommerce. Delivery store is based on Mistral system. Number of orders a bot would have to process daily is from 1 - 30, each of them from a few to several dozen items.
Please make a suggestion. Ideally, all this would be supported from the WC panel.
