I am looking for an IT specialist who can create a wholesale price comparison engine based on:
1 Offers in the program (online or offline) - here are restrictions on access to prices - you can not export the offer to a file with prices. A BETTER PRICE COMPARATOR
OR
2. purchases made previously. This gives access to data e.g. in csv and xls files. So here you have access to the data, although this data is no longer so up-to-date - you can only prepare for next week's shopping. WORSE COMPARE
It works more or less like this: look for the EAN code in both offers. If you find the same code then compare the prices and save the lower price somewhere along with this code.
The interface is not very important.
It can be done any way, even in Excel
