I am looking for a contractor to create a website showcasing a house for sale.

The site is to serve as a source of information about the building from its history, current activities and is to allow for some interaction with visitors.

Scope of Contract

1. structure of the website

The website should consist of the following tabs:

- Home Page: Containing a brief description of the house, the latest news and a main photo of the building.

- History: Detailed information about the history of the house, important dates, events and archive photos.

- Gallery: A multimedia section containing photos and videos related to the house, its upgrades and its surroundings.

- Documents: An overview of available historical documents related to the house, with the possibility to download them.

- Contact: Contact form, map with location of the house and contact details.

2 Multimedia.

- Integration of photos and videos.

- Presentation of documents in PDF format for viewing and downloading.

3 Communication

- Contact form on the Contact page.
