easy online connection system for meeting with a psychologist - synchronization with some other portal e.g.: google Meet etc. or other system for holding online meetings directly on the website - the link to the meeting should be visible after the client logs in to his/her account. It would be nice if the link is possible directly from the website, but it is not necessary. It is good if the link is created automatically.
Ability to leave feedback after visiting the person.
For us and colleagues:
Online calendar of hourly appointments directly synchronized with the website (the psychologist makes available and blocks independently the appointments that suit him and clients book online).
Possibility to create accounts for colleagues to manage everything on their own - setting hours, patient info.
System of leaving internal notes for psychologists - info about the patient, his needs and problems for review by the next psychologist. Important - notes should be made on the client's account and only the psychologist and us should know them, the client does not.
Booking system - after booking, mailing to the psychologist about the new booking (the same to the client) and also the appointment automatically appearing in the calendar.
Automatic blocking reservation system 24 hours before the appointment, for example: we work until 20:00 / 7 days a week. Each day at 20:00 block appointments for the next day and the client will not book a meeting at the last moment.
