Touchscreen interface in front of meeting rooms and booths. An administration panel to manage the system (web application preferred). Include functionality such as: Integration with Office365 and synchronization with Outlook calendar. Intuitive visualization of room layout (with the option to combine/split rooms). Real-time indication of resource availability. Adaptation to technical requirements: Design according to on-premise system preferences. Expectations: Creative approach to creating mockups, with high usability in mind. Experience in designing reservation systems or similar solutions.
