We are looking for an assistant with fluent French in a company in the construction industry. Permanent cooperation possible. Objectives: - solving problems that arise in the project, - piloting issues, - controlling deadlines, - completing data in systems, - Implementation of topics / own tasks ordered by the supervisor: searching for data and companies for cooperation, e-mail and telephone contact with companies, collecting quotes, creating statements. Examples of tasks, during the execution of orders: - searching for a car repair shop and making an appointment, - searching for a database of hotels or accommodations, - finding a vulcanization service, auto parts or machine parts store, - contacting transport companies. 100% remote. Tools: We use Teams and other services from the Microsoft365 suite. Requirements: - fluency in French, knowledge of English welcome - daily time availability during standard business hours.

The portal will contain basic information from various areas of everyday life such as: how to find work and housing, which organizations to turn to for help, what are the rules of using transportation and postal and courier services, education, health care, what conditions must be met when getting married, applying for a visa, etc.
