Create a form integrated with the current registration system through Rest API that can be completed from a tablet with the ability to generate a pdf file, sign with stylus and attach to the registration system documentation or google drive cloud.

Required functions:

Completing the form on the tablet with preloaded data from the registration system. Generating a PDF file for signing on the tablet. Sending the signed file to the registration system or to the cloud.
