Text editor for Hex binary file

Description

I am looking for a person to write a simple text editor(something like notepad) with some simple GUI to a binary file. Namely, I have an array of characters that subordinates letters to HEX values, e.g: 01=A 02=B 03=C Editing directly in hex editors ie on binary files is inconvenient, so I need some simple editor. The attachments show what I have in mind.
