Subiekt Nexo Sql database - semi custom names - indication !!!

I will order to assign custom field numbers from the database to the names of custom field values.

In version 50.03 of subiekt nexo, I am trying to create an automation that will send emails, depending on the selected values of custom fields, e.g. in ZK. I have created my own OWN FIELDS in nexo (you can see in the screenshot) and in the automation, I only see the numbers (probably id from the database) of the values or fields (I don't know that). In the current version of the program, subiekt does not give the names of the values of the custom fields just the numbers that need to be deciphered.

I need information which numbers from custom field values correspond to the name of custom fields, e.g. such information 167045 = nameAbcpolvalue
