• Bieżąca obsługa kanałów social media marki www.elfi.pl , razem 360tyś obserwujących na wszystkich kanałach.

• Nadzór nad przygotowywaniem kalendarza publikacji, publikacją treści, moderacją pod postami, interakcją z odbiorcami) - 90% kampanii już mam wykonane (teksty + zdjęcia), ale trzeba monitorować lub ewentualnie dorabiać nowe posty, relacje, stories , reelsy itp.

• Tworzenie lub nadzór/zlecanie tworzenia angażujących treści

• Proponowanie interesujących treści i rozwiązań do różnych kanałów Social Media (Instagram + Instastories, Facebook).

• Raportowanie miesięcznych działań, propozycje nowych.

• Dbanie o spójność komunikacji i estetyki.

• Ocena efektywności prowadzonych kampanii wraz z rekomendacjami dalszych działań.

• Stały monitoring naszych kanałów komunikacji z klientami tj. kontakt z naszym zespołem customer service na 6 rynkach, monitorowanie ich działań, zarządzanie płynnością komunikacji z klientami
