Hello,

we need a customer contact specialist for our team.

Your tasks will include recording a video lesson (with a presentation) on the subject of Customer Service

Examples of topics that should be included in these videos are:

● Sales communication:

● Establishing and maintaining contact with the client,

● Revealing intentions, asking questions,

● Time - how long the client should wait for an answer

● Identifying the client's needs.

● The language of benefits.

● Reply to an objection

● Advantages and disadvantages of Mr. / Mrs. communication

In the applications, please send a sample of ready-made materials and a quote for 1h of the already finished material.
