Your tasks will include recording a video lesson (with a presentation) on the subject of Customer Service
Examples of topics that should be included in these videos are:
● Sales communication:

● Identifying the client's needs.
● The language of benefits.
● Reply to an objection
● Advantages and disadvantages of Mr. / Mrs. communication
