Description

The program should perform an energy certificate or audit based on current standards and regulations. Tables with coefficients needed for calculations should be included in the program. In addition, the user should be able to enter his data. The result of the certificate calculation should be exported to an xml file, which will then be uploaded to the ministry's website. The result of the audit should be saved to a pdf or editable file in the form required by the regulation.
