Needs an app running in the slack ecosystem that when you type /reply in a channel, it will display a popup window for sending an email. The current logged-in user's field will be filled in as the sender, the to field will be taken from the channel's message content (or manually). After pressing send, a POST action will be performed to the url specified in the settings.
