Simple Warehouse Development Project

Description
Good day. I am looking for an architect who will guide me through the design process until I receive a building permit for warehouses.
The project is not very complicated - on a service plot of 3000 m2 with a development area of up to 50%, 2 rows of small, 6-12 m2, free-standing warehouses with a total area of 1000 m2 are required. I provide the concept of the distribution of these magazines myself.
I will be grateful for the valuation of such an order.
