Simple store - Creating an online store targeting partners

Good day,

I am looking for a contractor for an online store. However, the store is quite specific by what makes it hard to create. The store must contain a list of the products we are presenting, but it does not have a purchase option, nor storage or invoicing, just as user-friendly design as possible and the ability to go to a partner of your choice when you decide to buy. I don't have specific requirements for the engine or how it will be implemented. (The site will contain about 100 products, with the possibility of expanding the offer).

Above all, I am interested in the price range of such execution and the portfolio of the potential contractor, as well as the engine that will best meet expectations.
