Job description
We need to have a simple script written in Bitrix24 that will check if there has been an email communication with a particular customer. If so, the script will automatically add the corresponding information on the card of this customer and pass this information to all related transactions (deals). In this way, we will have a record that an e-mail communication with this customer has taken place, and we will be able to track this both on the customer's card and in any related deal.
The script should update the information every night.
