I would like to create a simple web application for managing candidates/CV. The site is to allow a candidate to apply for a specific position, fill out a specific assigned position survey, and give the option to place the candidate in one of 5 statuses from the back-office page.

Additionally, an additional survey can be generated for each candidate, and the responses from that specific/individual survey are saved for that candidate when recruiting.

As part of the contract, the contractor receives: a detailed description of the operation of the site, a working mock-up interface (GUI), and on this basis has to develop the entire finished functional site

We are interested in cooperation with a committed candidate who will not be just a "coder" but a person really involved in the development of this project (startup) from the technical and business or marketing side. The technology is free as well as the environment. Ideally, if you are able to be for this project not a contractor but a co-creator!
