It is about a simple application installed at www.

The application is for a single user without login etc....

It will NOT be a program to integrate stores or wholesalers (transferring data, images, etc...).

The api is ready to exchange data.

The user enters his location and EAN CODE.

The application sends after Api this EAN to the database.

The app receives which stores have confirmed that they have the EAN code.

The app displays a list of stores by distance from our location.

The user chooses which store the app after API should reserve the EAN at.
