Script that dumps data from a web page (static)

We need a simple script that will dump to csv (or most conveniently directly to excel) the data from this page:

There is a list of people with licenses and date of entry to the list. Because of lack of sorting, searching for new people is troublesome. Therefore we need a script which, when run, will collect data from the whole list (not from one page, but from all pages, of which there are currently 163, and this value will grow). The script can run only after manual invocation. There is no need to monitor the page on an ongoing basis.

Ideally, the script could be run every e.g. 3 months to easily find new people on the list.
