I will order to write a script that will convert an XML file to IOF 3.0 format.

I would like the file to be updated several times a day.

The file is needed for importing goods from a wholesaler to a store on Idosell

The XML file is to be downloaded from the server and after conversion to IOF it is also to be placed on the server. The frequency of refreshing the File is every 2h.
