Job description
Good morning, I will be teaming up with someone who specializes in salesforce.
Responsibilities will include:
-Providing process support by implementing appropriate configuration changes
-Salesforce and other tools
-Participating in (re)defining processes and defining technical requirements
-Processing information from users into technical requirements
-Responding promptly to problems, implementing fixes
-Communication/supervision of external contractors, e.g. programmers
-Technical support for users,
-Contacting vendor technical support,
-Creating technical documentation
Requirements:
-Knowledge of Salesforce administration
Independence, communication skills, multi-tasking
-Free communication with subcontractors in English
We would like to work with you for several hours per week.
