Sales of services on the German market (only for candidates with proven experience).

I am looking for a marketing professional with extensive experience working with German consumers in the sale of technical services (electrical, plumbing, household appliance repair – or related areas), as well as individuals who, through other activities, have gained a deep understanding of German consumer needs and know how to effectively reach them through both online and offline channels. Experience in recruitment on the German market (sourcing technical staff with the required certifications) is also highly valued.

Sales of these services in Poland are very effective (currently several thousand transactions per month). Due to the differences in the needs of German consumers, we want to leverage the experience of others.

Budget – €20/hour + €5,000 bonus if growth exceeds 500 services sold per month (within the first or second month of activities), under a defined CPA. Available resources include Google Ads, Meta Ads, as well as any other online and offline channels.
