Redirect file paths and unlock 3D scanner features on Windows Embedded

I have a 3D scanner device running on Windows Embedded that currently uses an external cloud for operation.

I would like to:

1)Redirect file paths from the device to my private cloud.

2)Allow output files to be saved directly to local servers/cloud.

Unlock all available scanning options that may currently be blocked by the third party provider.

I am looking for someone who has experience with Windows Embedded devices and managing cloud file transfers, as well as unlocking features on closed systems.
