Publisher Operations Specialist

Publisher Outreach & Lead Qualification: Conduct initial research and contact with new publisher leads identified by the management team.

Onboarding & Setup: Find and onboard publishers actively and help them with the setup:

Order Fulfillment & Management: Accurately process incoming orders and monitor delivery to ensure campaigns run as specified.

Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for publishers to troubleshoot and resolve technical or delivery issues immediately.

Billing & Reporting: Prepare and verify monthly delivery reports used for invoicing, ensuring data accuracy against agreed-upon terms.
