Pharser/crawler price comparison on several stores

We will commission a simple price comparison engine for a few (max 10) online stores. (prices available without login).

1/ application used for internal purposes, so design etc. does not matter

2/ any technology (there will be max 300 products to compare)

3/ We will rigidly give the addresses of online stores. No need to add more.

3/ a product database with the ability to map/insert next to each product the address of that product in those stores (mapping on our side).

4/access after login (1 user, no need to build extended access control, user management, etc.)

5/price refresh - 1 time per day or on click. (i.e. we need one of these options - easier to implement).
