Performing graphic modifications to the Wordpress website template

I will order graphic modifications to the website template, which at the moment does not look modern.

The website works on WP is based on the theme style:

I want to prepare elements that, after replacement, will refresh the appearance of the website and add life. At the moment, the logotype is white and red and the rest of the elements are in the same colors as the base template (i.e. boring as oiled guts :)). Some color accents could be introduced.

I will also consider an offer with the preparation of the logotype.

The website is a website with articles and information for the Polish diaspora abroad.
