Hello,
I have an assignment to make a flow in Power Automate Desktop:
1. i have a folder with files named according to the formula "Name Name Name Date"
2. Power Automate Desktop downloads the files from this folder,
3. moves them to existing subfolders that have First Name and Last Name (that is, the first two words of the file name) in their names,
4. if there is no such subfolder for the file, we do not create a subfolder or move the file anywhere.
The way of executing the order: screenshots of completed windows of subsequent actions (so that I can fill them myself at home).
Possibility of further orders in the future.
