Hello,

I will commission the writing of a simple application to operate the scooters of the manufacturer OKAI.

MODEL: ES400A

Application functions:

- Turn on the scooter

- Turn off the scooter

- Unlock the battery (to be able to physically remove it)

- alarm (to call the audible function)

- restart (restart if the on/off function does not respond)

Communication must be via bluetooth module.

Two versions of the app are needed for android and iOS platforms.

Please give me an approximate time and cost of implementation.
