MS365 Specialist - Power BI data sources

We are looking for a person who specializes in handling MS365 from an administrator level.

The problem we have is that when trying to connect a database (Excel file) directly from Sharepoint to a Power BI report using an organizational account, a message pops up regarding unsupported credentials for that resource.
