Moving clothes from 2D to 3D

We are looking for a contractor for a 3D model for a city road of about 600 m in two investment options. As part of the task, it is necessary to build a 3D model based on our autoCAD (2D) drawings. In addition, we will provide photo material from a drone raid over the road section. We can provide the material in the form of CAD files immediately, and the material from the raid on an agreed date (no later than 4 days from the start of the work).
