We will commission the design of our new office in Jasło.

1. Designing a space with an area of ​​about 300 m2, divided into:

a) area for the customer service department - 10-12 workstations + space for the sales director

b) area for the IT department - 10-12 workstations + space for Team Leader

c) rooms for the management board - 3 separate offices

d) a room for accounting -1 room

e) room for the logistics department - 1 room

f) a conference room for 10-12 people at a large table + projector / large TV for presentations

g) open rest room / cafe h) sa 2 bathrooms and 2 social rooms - designing the area for clothes personal belongings for employees (lockers / lockers)

2. Executive design:

a) painting / wall finishing

b) lighting

c) electric network installation to work stations

d) partition walls

e) break rooms - furniture / wardrobes

f) alarm + camera installation

4. Material selection

a) selection of all furniture based on the company's offer: https://pl.nowystylgroup.com/pl/ - lists furniture with article numbers in order to obtain offers from manufacturers / wholesalers

b) Selection of lighting - list of selected products with the indication of producers and product numbers in order to obtain offers.

c) Selection of alarm / camera installation - list of selected products with the indication of manufacturers and product numbers in order to obtain offers.

d) Selection of the partition wall system - glass - is outlined
