Files are uploaded to the system for modification (in addition to the file, information is included on what needs to be done).
The file is downloaded by a contractor, modified according to instructions and uploaded back.
Uploading a file takes place on a dedicated Contractor account.
On this account the contractor has a preview of the stage of the whole project - order and when he will be paid for the work.
Subcontractor - Workshop has a preview of whether files have been downloaded or uploaded by contractors, and can add comments to the project-order.
The file is described in the system with numbers - codes.
The files form a database available to the admin.
Roles in the project:
Admin - sees all files, manages them and other roles
Subcontractors - workshops - manage their Contractors
Contractors - programmers - tuners - execute orders - download files to modify, enter modified files, check order status
Admin manages everything - he can freely assign a tuner from another workshop to another workshop, he can pull realizations of a tuner and make them available to another workshop.
Workshop manages tuners - adds files to modify, adds comments, adds payout times.
Tuners can see the status of their orders.
For this, of course, the ability to make payments through an online payment service.
Please give me a "framework" amount for this solution - I mean an order of magnitude.
I assume that if something very complicated comes out the amount may change.
