Making a funny video with facial mimics and AI voice.

Hello warmly.

With my family we have so agreed that when someone's birthday is coming up everyone has to create some funny video - if, of course, it makes everyone laugh that person wins a gift from each household member - it may sound silly but it's cool and it's a cool option that gives a lot of laughs :) My birthday is January 28 and I would like to create something like Kaczynski - based on their facial expressions and voice with my text that I will come up with. Is it possible to implement this with you ? :)

Will there be a willing person who would take on this task not for millions? because it's more like I'm not taking it for money just for a laugh and, as you know, these days laughter is more valuable than a million dollars :) I look forward to a quick response :)
