Making 3D graphics (BLENDER)

Good day,

I am looking for a person who will be able to reproduce the graphic in 3D form from the attachment. Specifically, the idea is to create a head like from the example with a texture overlay in the form of a specific text (one repeating word).

In addition, we would like a .BLEND source file so that we can possibly make projections from other perspectives.

The graphics should be as close as possible to the example.
