Build a microservice in python, which on the basis of the address (voivodeship, city, street, number)

will return:

- lat (optional)

- long (optional)

- travel time to the selected location (coordinates)

- travel time to the nearest market

- travel time to the nearest elementary school

Requirement: provided with Dockerfile and docker-compose
