I would like to create a layout (mobile-first) for a business-HR web-online application. This is a minimalist app - it literally has few functions, clarity, typography, layout of elements and usability are extremely important here.

For this project we are looking for a contractor who has "fresh" projects on his account, especially various kinds of startups, web and mobile applications, etc.

We need to design home page view, content subpage (1) and simple application control panel (left menu, right content). This is a startup, experimental project so we expect adequately reasonable price offers.
