Good day

I need to create a sub-page on which the customer will enter his data: first name, last name, type of service (choose from the list) or the value of the voucher. Then the system will automatically assign a voucher number, add + 90 days for its use from the date of issue. This will be paired with a payment system, e.g. blik, and after the checkout is credited, it will send the customer a voucher (gift certificate) for a massage via email :)
