I need to make a simple landing page :

1. First 'thank you for entering' and after leaving an email an email with a link to the ebook will be sent

2. after subscribing to the list - it takes you to the success page - where there is a short video presentation and an option to sign up for a calendly.com meeting

it's just about composing LP - addresses should be saved on mailerlite (welcome) + possibility to save GA + FB pixel for tracking
