I am looking for a contractor for an application that has the following functionality

- login to the site (login permissions stored in a database created for lp opertego o wordpress),

- maintaining a session for 30 days,

- confirming the status of the logged-in user once a day,

- allowing a user with a certain status to watch streaming video from a non-public server).
